As we know, all the phones from us are original with brand name on them without original trademark authority. So we just only can use DDP service(Delivered Duty Paid) with shipment.Usually it will take 12-15 days to reach you after we ship out. Because original brand phones are entirely different from regular commodities,the options of shipment with them are quite few, we are unable to use DHL/UPS/FEDEX directly due to customs` problems unless receivers are capable to process customs clearance their own.     

As we mentioned above,to ensure our customers receive their packages successfully,our professional forwarder company works on transportation specially.There are two phases about transportation as follow;Firstly,shipment from us to destination’ customs,during this period the tracking info only can be tracked from our internal system. Our associated customs clearance broker is responsible for customs clearance.Secondly,the tracking number we offered can be tracked online once the shipment handed over to your local courier and provide door-to-door delivery at the last. For local delivery courier, we might work with DHL,UPS or post office system.
