Send your battery requirement via the contact form or contact us through WhatsApp. Tell us the specific requirements accordingly as like the lithium battery dimensions (thickness x width x length), voltage, capacity, max working current, protection circuit module(PCM), wires request, thermistor(NTC), connector type, etc. More details would be better helps us to sort out more perfect batteries for you.
- Evaluate & Quotation
When we receive your inquiries, we will reply to you within 3 or 5 hours at the most. Our sale representative is able to contact you by phone call, email or TM chat. - Order Process
Once we are agreed on lithium or lifepo4 battery models, quantities, prices, and other details, we will deliver you with an proforma invoice for payment. Generally, our payment terms are 100% payment in advance, payment methods are PayPal, credit card, and bank transfer. After we receive the payment, we will process the PO with the specific requirements accordingly. The lead time depends on specific orders. - Shipment
When the lithium or lifepo4 batteries are ready, we will ship them out via DHL/UPS/FedEx Door to Door. We mainly use air shipping to ship the batteries, it is safe and fast. After that, we will provide the tracking number for you through email or TM. As well as send real pictures plus videos about our performance when we are working on your PO. - Warranty
Generally, one year of warranty with after the sales we provided.(Refund or Resend batteries)
Range of warranty: There is low voltage, expansion, or leakage with the correct use of the cell in the warranty period.
